Our Direct Upload Form lets you upload a file directly to our servers while notifying our team with the information that you provide. If you have multiple files, we recommend first combining them into a single ZIP archive or using a different transfer method. Once you have chosen your file and entered your information, press the Send button to begin the upload process. If the upload process does not begin right away,

 

We do not share or sell the information you provide here with anyone else and we use it only to provide you with the best possible customer support.

 

Do not click the SEND button more than once— it may take a few seconds for the system to respond, depending on the size of your file and the current server load. Multiple clicks will result in multiple uploads and delay your file from being processed.
